Former England manager, Glen Hoddle was expected to have arrived Nigeria’s federal capital, Abuja at 4am this morning aboard a British Airways flight from Hearthrow Airport in London for today’s interview for the vacant post of Super Eagles technical adviser.

Complete Sports can confirm that Hoddle left London 11.30pm last night for Abuja accompanied by respected FIFA licensed football agent,John Olatunji Shittu.
Hoddle,one of the most successful English-born England coaches is top favourite to land the job after impressing some Nigeria Football Federation officials in London last weekend.

The former Tottenham Hotspur of England coach is expected to meet the NFF interview panel at 1pm later today for what a top source at the federation says is just for formality as he will be offered the job based not only on his fine and convincing presentation in London last weekend but also because he is the most high profiled name among the four coaches interviewed.

Hoddle is scheduled to return to England later tonight to prepare for Sunday’s English Premier League game between Chelsea and Manchester City as guest analys on Skysport.
