Dealing With Depression and Lack of Motivation Through Exercise

If your life seems a little low right now and are dealing with depression and you lack motivation, you are not alone. With the economy the way it is and many of us without jobs and lack of income, getting up in the morning and continuing through the day can be difficult. In my own past difficulties, I use too find myself depressed and my motivation level was almost non-existent on some days. I found the perfect solution to curing my down-beat attitude. I discovered that exercise gave me a whole new perspective on life.

The Mayo Clinic did some studies on the effects of how exercise helps relieve depression and get your motivation to a higher level. They found that exercise helped release "good feeling" chemicals that helped relieve anxiety (neurotransmitters and endorphins), exercise helped reduce immune system chemicals that can worsen depression and exercise increases body temperature that can cause a wonderful calming effect. Along with this, exercise will make you feel better about yourself. Getting in shape will create a new outlook on how your look at yourself in the mirror, take your mind off your worries and help you cope with life's problems with more confidence and hopefulness.

Exercises might become a great solution, but just like a part of a complex therapy. I personally prefer medical weed more, as the effect is more intense comparing to just physicals (I just vaped cbd cartridges via

Komodo C5 ).
