We have predicted rightly and wrongly and it is now obvious that the Eagles could not fly against the black stars of Ghana. The question now what do you think we can do to have a better performance in 2010 World Cup in South Africa?

sent those over-weight,lazy and unfit Nigerian ballers to the gyms and camp them long enough with a hard body work-out. make sure they wake up as early as 6am every morning for 2-4hours joggin'. All these two weeks prior to their first game in south-Africa,period!!!

The things to do for a better performance in South Africa are quite simple. First and fore-most, we must have foot ball administrators who are sincere and who have vision and mission to take Nigeria football to an enviable height and not those who will be fighting over estacode to the utter neglect of our football. Second, the technical crew must be overhauled. We cannot continue to celebrate mediocrity. Amodu is at best a clubside coach. His pedegree can attest to that. Third, we must overhaul the team as presently consituted. We have not got the right materials that will represent us in South Africa. I am yet to understand why our local players, who are hungry for results have no place in the national team. May be the Ghanian team that beat us would have given a food for thought for our football administrators. Can we now begin to make plans for the future? Until this is done, our football will continue to nose-dive until we become a byeword for failure.

Let football loving Nigerians come back to a round table and discuss. Its a clear indication that the so call "Big Boys" are big for nothing. Let us go back to our football academies and come up with long term football developmental programme. However, we should look for a good tachtical Coash that can develop our home base. Its not too late we can still become a football giant in Africa.
