Not sure about that, to be honest. I used to be on this diet, but at one point, I decided that it would be better to just have a healthy diet, and that's it. Of course, I also started going to the gym and even taking the dietary supplement Bio X4 to accelerate the process of losing weight, and it helped me way more than the keto diet itself.
