Who is in charge: Turai Yar 'Adua or Goodluck Jonathan?

The continous absence of our beloved president Umaru Musa Yar' Adua has thrown the country into a leadership crisis.
Many believe that Turai Yar 'Adua is fully in charge and gives instruction to Goodluck Jonathan.
Some others feel Jonathan is still struggling to fill the large shoe of Mr President.
Can someone pls tell me who is in charge?

If it is confirmed there was a sneak into Aso Villa to pick some vital docs couple of weeks ago, then someone might be afraid of the unforseen giving rise to the major struggle. The cabal believe they are turning the hand of the clock backward, but you know something, when American Civil Rights Act of 1964 was signed, Lyndon Johnson ultimately chose the right side of the battle and told aide Bill Moyers that with the stroke of a pen he had just delivered the South to the GOP for the foreseeable future.. Nigeria is seen the handwriting on the wall. Nigeria is been push to the wall. Nigerians, the cabal cannot eat their cake and have them. Let's stand up and claim what rightly belong to us....(our right cannot be mortgaged) Aluta Conti-nua!
The VP told us not long ago that God is in charge.
If what the VP said is true, then its unfortunate, because God is not human. God is divine and he uses people to accomplish his task.
Bringing religion to the whole issue will only complicate matters
