UDUAGHAN ELECTED IN DELTA STATE

Just learned that Emmanuel Uduaghan has been elected as governor of Delta state.is it free and fair or has the PDP done what we all know they specialise in doing with INEC? If u live in Delta please tell us about that election.

All we know for now is that Uduaghan has been returned as governor of Delta state.  We believe that with time events that led to his re-election will unfold.
