I write this so anybody who can assist who can can contribute to the freedom of these gentles officers should as a matter of urgency do it. Everyday you see them on the road working, passing and controlliny vehicles there they stand including weekends. But these wardens as you see them are the most marginalized and deprived among the public servants. Despite the difficulties of the work-sun, rain, the air pollution-dust and carbon-monoxide there are other challenges that are even more frustrating than the one mention above. Imagin, you have been working for nineteen to twenty years and only been promoted once these is one of the numerous problems which the wardens are passing through. No any welfare package, no promotion discrimination by the police and lot more

Issues about workers welfare, are often checked/handle by Labour union in every Nations. 

NIgeria traffic wardens have their own union too, i guess?
