Now d truth is dat 'not all men do, women can do also'....
We hv been running hecta'secta since 6.30am 2day because of a diasterous riots going-on in Fedpoly Neke, Owerri. A guy was shot dead, many injurred, sch buses/cars destroyed and buildings were automatically demolished & burnt.. Is bcos of a mandated 50% increment in sch fees 4 late payers.

You can see what insensitivity on the part of the school authority has caused. While I do not support the students for rioting and destroying school properties, which of course they will have to pay for, the school authority should have considered the plight of the students before arriving at such a dracunian decision. They should have carried the SUG along and that would have averted the trouble. Quite a pity.

Too bad, hope you are not hurt. But the destruction of properties is a wrong approach at the end every student, both those that took part and those that did'nt will have to pay. Two wrongs cannt make a right

But the school authority has refuted this allegation of increment. It is alleged that the riot came as a result of the SUG elections, which would have held this week. It is like some disengruntled elements and some cultists teamed up to casue the mayhem. What is the reason, the students will be worse for it because when two elephants fight, the grasses suffer most.
