I am really disappointed in d members of dis forum. U start a comment, nobody replies. It depicts how uninformed d members are. They dnt even look at d news, they r just members 4 mouth. Now, Boyo proposes that d cbn stop d substitution of naira 4 dollar accrued revenues. Has anybody got anytin 2 say abt it here in dis forum?

I don't really understand what he means by that. But I am aware that revenues from oil come in dollars and since dollar is a global currency, I don't see anythig wrong with that.
