She should have been given life imprisonment for being a dull student of "RECENT HISTORY". What arrant stupidity! Can't she at least learn from our horrible, sorry l mean honourable Dimeji Bank-Ole who carted away billions and is treated with respect?Has he been jailed?NEVER! It won't happen because the money is big enough to go round. How many thieves of billions are in our jails apart from those who stole stipends like this woman did?The money is not even enough to pay a good liar, sorry,l mean lawyer.Truely there is GOD,and he looked her way on the day of her judgement. She should go and give testimony in a church, for this is a MIRACLE!!!

Would you say she did not have a good judgment?  N.9M is large sum of money.  Not many Nigerians can have it all through their life time.  So anyone who stole the amount deserves to go to jail.  I believe if she had the opportunity to steal more, she would have done that.
She does have a good judgement though, but compute when she was taken to court and slammed the imprisonment and that of 'the thief of the moment' Bankole Dimeji, then you will undestand my position.l feel that what is good for the goose is good for the gander.Or what do you think?
Bankole is still presumed innocent until proved guilty beyond every reasonable doubt. So there is no basis for comparison yet.

Have you seen any militant or Boko Haram commit any crime or taken to a court and pronounced guilty of bombing or killings before you pronounce them 'guilty as labelled'?Was any one caught bombing Force Headquatres or already judged, how do we know if someone did not lay claim to the act on the pretext that it was Boko Haram? We were all quick to condemn them even before a court could do so.It is known that Bankole and those even before him stole and more will steal after him.lf he is freed today, like we all know he would, does not make him innocent before some of us and his conscience. If a man points a gun at you, will you wait for him to gun you down before you estimate his motive? If this woman appeals and is freed, will that mean that she suddenly did not defraud her victim anymore? I think am done with sematics and logic here, afterall we are Nigerians and have reasons for everything like FELA said.
My dear, you are entitled to your own opinion but it does not in any way change the laws of the land.  You cannot jail a man simply because he was accused of stealing.  It is only a court of competent jurisdication that has the right to do that based on evidences before it.  Anything other than this amounts to jundgle justice.
