Former Nairobi governor Mike Sonko has offered to reward KSh 200,000 (N741k) to a Kenyan who will give information on the whereabouts of Masten Wanjala.
Masten Wanjala escaped from lawful custody on Wednesday, October 13.
Facebook Wanjala, a serial child killer, is currently at large after escaping from police custody earlier in the day when he was expected in court.
Sonko offered the token to whoever would give the leads to the suspect, enabling his arrest.
"Suspected child serial killer Masten Wanjala has escaped from Jogoo road police station. I'm offering a reward of KSh 200,000 to anyone who will give information that will lead to the arrest of this animal by the police," he said.
