Why should Salami appeal to the CJ and if he do what nest?

That is the decision of the Nigeria Judicial Council.  We are not party to their problem.  Those who investigated the case are in a better position to say who is wrong and who is right.

As a matter of fact those who are to decide are still serving the people so if there are not giving accurate judgement as it is some how, we as the people of the country will speak.


Like take for instance the Delta State Gubernatorial Election Tribunal, What the people was expecting base on fact so far was denied. I mean the truth! WHY?

If the Appellant is not satisfied with the judgment, then he has the right of appeal to a higher court.
