British 2-Tone icons The Specials have announced their first album of new music in 20 years. Entitled Encore, the new album is due out on 1 February 2018 with just 10 good tracks having Black Skinned Blue-Eyed Boys on the first track and leaving We Sell Hope on the final track. The Specials is one of the most electrifying, influential and important bands of all time so you should expect a great project this time from them.
