Dowen College has stated it is awaiting a directive from the Lagos State government before it announces its resumption date.
This was disclosed by the spokesperson of the Advisory Board of the school, Folarin Shobo on Monday.
Featuring on Channels Television’s Sunrise Daily programme, which was monitored by Quest Times, Shobo said; “The government is keenly interested in the case, so we are bound by the decision of the Lagos State Ministry of Education, the supervisory ministry. We are waiting for them to do the needful.”
On the issue of bullying, Shobo opined; “The issue of Sylvester is sensationalised by the social media.
