  4. Select the instance, hit the “End Task”
  5. Go to the entitlement data folder.
  6. Move to the “Run” tab.
  7. Go to the C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Entitlement Client\v8 (or v6) and hit the “Enter” tab.
  • Perform right – click on the ecml file & then select the “Delete” tab.
  1. Once the ecml file deleted, open the company file & register the application.
