For fixing the above given issue launch the antivirus on your system click icon from system tray from the main user interface access the general settings then choose ‘’additional ‘’ pick’’ threats and exclusions’’ then click ‘’configure exclusion rules’’ choose the file that is to be added on the’’ firewall exclusion list’’ add ‘’team viewer ‘’ and get the changes saved to get the system rebooted and check the team viewer functions.
