Anger is an emotion just like other emotions.But its always good to control it,since uncontrolled anger can put one in a very deep trouble and dispair.
l srongly believe we need to create time to be having sessions with Psychologists to enable us unbottle our bottled anger.Where we can't afford one,we can confide in our closed ones.If it turns out the anger is directed to any of these loved ones,l will suggest the BHUDDIST practice.Look at the goodness of such persons at that particular time.lam sure that before you finish reflecting on the number(s) of goodness of that person,your anger will be long gone.
Anger is destruction to self and others.At this point of reasoning,what comes to the fore is how best to inflict pain to others or self.At this level,REASON ignores the,"ID, EGO and SUPER EGO".
