Whenever you need information from this department, it is like walking through hell. Send them an email, they will never reply you. Call 2128502275 (which they provided on their website), nobody ever picks up. Try leaving a voice mail, the voice mail is always full. The unfortunate thing is that, "this is happening" in America, where even if you do not have the human personel, you could always hire the services of a remote receptionist to answer your calls and take down messages for less than $50 a month. Shame on them for this is not Nigeria where they exibit their utter in-competence.
