RE-TRAIN NIGERIAN CONSULATE STAFF IN NEW YORK (PASSPORT SECTION)

Whenever you need information from this department, it is like walking through hell. Send them an email, they will never reply you. Call 2128502275 (which they provided on their website), nobody ever picks up. Try leaving a voice mail, the voice mail is always full. The unfortunate thing is that, "this is happening" in America, where even if you do not have the human personel, you could always hire the services of a remote receptionist to answer your calls and take down messages for less than $50 a month. Shame on them for this is not Nigeria where they exibit their utter in-competence.

Oke,
What do you expect when they hire the wrongest people so to say relatives in sensitive positions, same thing happens in our embassies in a few countries ive experienced but it is clear that our Ministry of Foreign Affairs and diplomatic representations lack proper understanding and grounding in internal and international relations, all of them plus the so called ambassadors need to be well trained.
