The ball mill is suitable for grinding a variety of ores and other materials and is widely used in mineral processing, building materials and chemical industries. It can be divided into dry and wet grinding methods. According to different ways of ore discharge, it can be divided into grid type and overflow type.

Ball mill use and scope of use:
The ball mill is the key equipment for crushing the material after it has been broken. It is widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractories, fertilizers, black and non-ferrous metal beneficiation and glass-ceramic industries, and various types of ores and other abrasive materials are dry or wet-milled.

Ball mill working principle:
The spherical mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device with outer gear drive, two positions and a lattice typeball mill. The material is fed into the mill silo uniformly by the feeding device through the hollow shaft of the feeding material. There is a step liner or a corrugated liner in the silo, which contains steel balls of different specifications. The cylinder rotates to generate centrifugal force and brings the steel ball to a certain height and then falls. , Produce heavy blow and grinding effect on the material. After the material reaches rough grinding, it enters the second bin through a single-layered barrier plate. The bin is set with a flat liner and contains steel balls to further grind the material. The powder is discharged through the discharge sampan plate to complete the grinding operation.
Ball mill structure features:
The ball mill consists of main parts such as feeding part, discharging part, turning part, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, and electric control). The hollow shaft is made of cast steel and the inner lining can be replaced. The slewing bull gear is processed by casting hobbing. The barrel body is inlaid with a wear-resistant liner and has good wear resistance. The machine runs smoothly and reliably.
Note: Dry ball mills and wet grid type ball mills can be selected depending on the material and method of ore discharge.
