Over the weekend, we ended up stuck in the open beta for Tera, a future action MMO role-playing game from Bluehole. Although our experience was on / off due to the stress test nature on the beta, we did can get a decent feel for the title. Long story short, the world thinks it's shaping up rather effectively on PlayStation 4.
As with any MMO that's making the jump from PC, Tera's undergone plenty of tweaking to ensure it fully playable on console. Fortunately, the tweaking has been effective. Two action bars line the bottom with the screen, and you flick totally by holding down a shoulder button. The control scheme clicked along with us right away, that is always a good sign.
There's still plenty of screen clutter to Tera PS4 Items wade through, though. There's text everywhere possibly at first it feels as though you're being buried alive by information, however it is obviously an issue that regular players is certain to get used to. Our sole complaint as much as presentation goes is the fact that all from the menus look rather basic and bland.
So how can Tera play? The MMO bills itself like a true action game, as well as the most part, seems like to live approximately that promise.
