Accor Group (AG) is a standard company into Oil And Gas, Hotel Services, with new branches located in Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja, Nigeria. Opened in March 1986, it is one of fast growing company's in Nigeria. We currently require the services of qualified applicants to fill this vacant position.

Responsibilities:

Review the accounts receivable monthly report to show the status of debts over 90 days old for presentation to the management.
Co-ordinate the maintenance, implementation and development of the accounts receivable and cash book systems, to ensure all financial reporting is accurate and up to date.
Administer and reconcile all bank accounts, investigating any irregularities, and taking the appropriate action.
Liaise with the marketers and clients service officers on all issues relating to debtors.
Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system.
Prepare/analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
Ensure the closing of month and year end procedures are complete, ready for external audit.
Interact with external auditors in completing audits.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of Diploma in Accounting
At least 1+ year accounting management experience preferred.
