It is clear that the nefarious cabal that smuggled a comatose "Yar'Adua?" into Nigeria yesterday, are bent on controlling the patronage over the bloody-billions of oil money from the destitute delta region.

It is clear that this cabal shamelessly, ignores all norms of decorum and decency. Thereby, have denigrated and rubbished our already dented national image.

That there action have eroded the credibility and trust vested on our nation in the international eye. And, have devalued our business and commercial worth.

That there action bastardizes all norms of legitimacy. Therefore, tantamount to a palace coup.

The aforementioned action, therefore is treasonable - beyond any reasonably doubt.

That the veil of secrecy surrounding Yar'Adua's clandestine return, raises this cloud of suspicion and doubt over his true presence at Aso-Rock. Was he (Yar'Adua) really the person wheeled-in in that ambulance? Is this another case of deceit? The immigration and customs in both Jeddah and Abuja must review and report the veracity of this claim.

Given that he is in Aso-Rock, is he willing and able to execute his duty as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria?

The president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, should be subpoenaed. A writ of summon, compelling his/her presence before the legislature (both congress and senate) should be served, with immediate effect.

The aforementioned writ, should stipulate a mandatory appearance, in person, within a 7-day ultimatum.

In the event of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, failure to appear, in person; the legislative bodies must proceed, dully, with an article of impeachment for the reason of incapacitation.

Love is expressed in deep affection and empathy for the object of love in event of misfortune. It is unfortunate that in Nigeria a supposely 'royal family' is enmessed in the polities of belly: what to eat, what to drink at the expense of a dying 'king'. It is enough of this sham, let someone with a conscience rise to the occassion and save the Yar'Adua family of this disservice to this son who willed to serve. It is inhuman and a diservice to see Bankole and Mark playing hide and seek over an issue as this that require prompt action so save the nation from further drft and national embarrassment. We had thought that Mark is born again when he led the house intervane on the impasse (for we knew his earlier disposition to the masses: telephone is not for the poor). As for bankole, let him be told that a man who had his palm kernel cracked for him by a benevolent spirit should not forget to be humble. He emrrge from nowhere. We saw hope, purpose and vibrany in him. If he decides to play the politics of the belly, well history and posterity beckons. With open arms and open face, we look up to Him who has the final say in the affairs of men.
