You're right. Our lifestyle is largely dependent on our nutrition. But also from lifestyle. Proper nutrition and an active lifestyle is a simple human health formula. At least a day you need to go 10 thousand steps, at least several times a week to swim or jog. I am 40 years old. I was complete. For the year I managed to lose 22 kg.
