A Positive Deliberate Aberration in the US Constitution

Tomorrow is a unique day in the US history. The first time an aberration is generally accepted in d US constitution; instead of taking the oath of office -as enshrined in the US constitution- on the 20th January, it has been shifted to the 21st- a public holiday- while it coincides with the 50th anniversary of Luther King's march on Washington.
