CHIBOK GIRLS: We’ve begun fresh bid to rescue Chibok girls- FG

As at today, it is reasonable to believe that there are no more Chibok girls, the school girls that was kidnapped by BH some years back have now resigned to their fate. They are married to members of the BH, and Nigerians, particlarly the FG should take note that BH will never negotiate or trade their wives away for some other imprisoned BH members. The deal will never be struck ! , this is very evident in Amina that was rescued by the NA, she said it all, she misses her husband, no matter how… Continue

Radio Biafra as mechanism for Actualisation the Biafra Republic

I strongly wish all Biafrans to apply caution and thread on softly the path of the constitution, which in my own opinion, radio broadcast may not be part of or needed to sensitize the people, I am quick to remember that the genocide in Rwanda was fueled by hate radio broadcast and printed publications which incited the people of Rwanda against one another, it unnecessarily triggers the emotion of the audience, and make them over zealous while being patriotic to the cause, Nigerians should learn… Continue

Re: PMB has hidden agenda against GEJ

This is hilarious. IYC was so obsessed and carried away while GEJ was in power, that they either lost their voice or forgot to mention probity of OBJ's government to their son, Now that the party is over, they suddenly recover their voices. The truth is that OBJ never handed over to PMB, neither did he prepare handover note for him, so hidden agenda is out of the question, and GEJ wasted away our only chance, a chance given to him by OBJ to develop the Niger Delta, GEJ should be told in clear… Continue

Jega bows out !

Prof Attahiru Jega has engraved his name in the history of the sustenance of the democracy in Africa, even in the face of constant harassment and intimidation from the government that appoints him in that capacity, such bravery is very rare but it goes to show that there are still people who are of finest quality. Disgruntled people may call him names but to me, He is the Hero of Democracy, and Sir, I salute your courage and ATTITUDE.

RE:Buhari’s 30 days in office: All motion, no movement — PDP

Nigerians must not be deceived by the antics of desperation and propaganda by these group of people who have squandered the economy of this country for the past years. I have not seen in any part of the world where a new government performance will be judged within 30 days in office, even in their time in office, they introduced 100 days which is even still not enough to judge the performance of new govt., If their claim that the economy of the country was in good shape, why are they in such a… Continue

After four elections, Buhari should’ve hit the ground running — Agada, former minister on june 26, 2015 at 9:10 am in

Those living in a glass house should never throw stones. Prof. Agada's was part of the immediate pas administration which witnessed the highest strikes in the educational sector, occasioned by unpaid salaries and unfulfilled agreements. During this times also witnessed students mass failure in JAMB, where the Registrar was summoned by the then NASS. During this same period, the Elite sent their wards abroad to get quality education which your administration could not provide. Todat , just… Continue

RE:Rush for President Jonathan Daughter's Wedding by Delegates to the Confab: A Diservice to the Nation??

http://www.vanguardngr.com/2014/04/rush-jonathans-daughters-wedding-empties-confab-hall/I read the online edition of the Vanguard and also watched the Channels Television's News at 10 broadcast, where I was totally disappointed with the delegates who abandoned their primary National Calls just to attend The President's daughter's wedding.

I found it very…

2015: WAR OF WORDS

I think the statement credited to Asari Dokubo and the subsequent reply by the Northern Elders Forum is uncalled for. GEJ did not win the election by threats of violence, he was mmsssively voted for, for s period of one term, for him to be re-elected for a second tenure which is constitutional. we are running democracy where Service delivery and the votes of the people decide. moreso, if GEJ could complete his divine mission in one term and stepped aside peacefully and be like the great Nelson… Continue

PISTORIOUS CASE: between Justice & National Honour?

Pistorious undoubted is not only a national hero but a role model in the international scene.  a man who proved that there are great abilities in every disability. He surpassed all odds to prove this.True to his success, some international companies also contracted him in various capacities all of which finally brought great HONOUR to the South African nation.

Perpetual Decline in STANDARDS

moral and educational standards keep declining. parents and govt. seemed not to be bothered. i rememberd my sch days when we had to stand still at the sound of the national anthem until its completed.  at 7.45am is assembly time and by 8.00am we are settled in class for the first subject.  we were ashamed to be seen along the roads any time past 8.30am with school uniforms.  now its quite different.  I feel some kind of legislation on this issue be made and a special task force on school…

Someone Worse than Gadhaffi in KOLOKOLO COMMUNITY in Delta State

Its very unfortunate and pathetic that despite the international community's condemnation of  the Libyan Leader Mommar Gadhaffi, for his style of leadership, we still have people that are worse off in Nigeria. what is happening in my Community is a case far worse than that of Libya, Mental and Economic Slavery, Chevron has done a lot for the our oil-rich communites in terms of physical and human development but the leaders are sabotaging the efforts of the companies by amassing themselves…

NYSC, a symbol of National Unity

Our Youth corpers must be commended and protected for their positive roles in ensuring a free, fair and credible elections, to think of it, this is their first jobs after graduation. naturally, if one has a child as a youth corper, one would commend that child for a job well done.  For some group of people to start attacking, threating and sending threat text messages is very unpatriotic and should be viewed as a serious crime against the State.  NYSC is a symbol of National Unity, we should…

Reincarnation of June 12

Whoever wins this 2011 Presidential Election, will go down in the history of Nigeria as a national Hero.  This is so reflected in the manner the election was conducted.  The approach may be crude yet its very transparent and credible, the more people tried to term or categorise the voting pattern, the more elusive it becomes.  Whether  the voting pattern is along Party Line, Tribal Line, Religious Line, Geographical or Regional Line, whatever line it is, I think the aura that produced the…
