GLOBAL WARMING

Global warming is the increase in average temperature of the Earth’s atmosphere. It is when the earth heats (temperature rises) up and this happens when greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide, water vapor, nitrous oxide, ozone and methane) trap heat and light from the sun in the earth’s atmosphere.

Greenhouse gases are responsible for the global warming, and humans emit them in a variety of ways. Most come from the combustion of fossil fuels in cars, factories and… Continue

At most about 3% of these chemicals have been tested for cancer-causing properties, and even fewer have been tested for hormone disrupting properties. These chemicals have been added to our food supply and more chemical solvents, emulsifiers, and preservatives are being used for food processing.

PROBLEMS OF CONSTRUCTION IN THE NIGE DELTA

■Reusing or waste prevention at source,

■Recycling or resource recovering,

■composting,
