The Niger Delta peace mandate President Prince Alex Anugor congratulates all Nigerians for their mature understanding during the just  concluded presidential election. May the good Lord be with. us, Amen.

The group called on the  Northern brethren to call their supporters to order so as to avoid the spread of violence. Enough is enough. We are one Nigeria. I use this opportunity to call on the south - south elders to seat well and work on unity for the nation to 'move forward so that the… Continue

CASH TRANSACTIONS - ABSURDITY AT ITS CLIMAX!

The recent decision by the Nigerian central bank to limit cash deposits and withdrawal for individuals (150.000) and corporate bodies (1,000,000) is a stupid idea that will never work. There is no where in the world were laws are made to compel people on how to handle the money they earned while doing their legitimate business. There are laws against money laundering, simply apply the law and stop making unintelligent decision that adds sorrows to a people who toil day and night to keep their… Continue

PRESENTING THE VOICE FROM THE YOUTH

PRESENTING THE VOICE FROM THE YOUTH {Advice to or coming in leaders}

Nigerians, throw away your discriminant attitude towards each other, support whoever has won to making a better place for the living.

Let us live as acclaim one Nigeria for a forward ever movement, discriminating each other is only a sign that leads to failure.

Our dear elected president Jonathan must learn living by example as a sign for others to follow, especially the youth.

He should… Continue

By Chuks OLUIGBO

It is no longer news that the 2011 governorship election in Imo State was yesterday, April 27, 2011 declared inconclusive by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC. This, reports say, became necessary because from the results already declared, there seemed to be a stalemate between the candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Owelle Rochas Okorocha, and the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, candidate, Incumbent Ikedi…

NATO, No Fly Zone for Syria, Yemen, Bahrain?

Written by Paul I. Adujie

500 peaceful protesters have been murdered by forces loyal to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.

Syria is using tanks and heavy weapons to crackdown on peaceful protester and this is egregious and should be condemned by all lovers of democracy and freedoms.

LETS GO BACK TO OUR HOMES

Action speaks louder than voice ! The people of Northern Nigeria ,in short Hausa/Fulani ,have repeatedly shown the people of Southern Nigeria that they (southerners) are not needed in the north. But southerners would not listen. So a foreigner is treated as a foreigner in a foreign country(region). If you must stay in a foreign country be ready to bear the consequences, including loosing your house, family and life...When the situation has gotten to the extent that if Buhari looses election,Ibo…

MISTAKES THAT YOU CAN NEVER CHANGE.

There are so many things happenning around us which affect us as a result of our past mistakes. Some of these mistakes could be change while some of them no matter what you do can never be changed. Below are some of them:

(1) When you are deflowered as a young girl, no matter what you do even if you are married the memory of that day that it happened will remain as fresh as though it just happened now. For you to correct this kind of mistake is never allow such to… Continue

Taking a look at our political arena, religion seems to be playing a pivotal role in the sequencing of our political events, including the unfavourable ones and at the same time serving as a compass for navigating the nation's political ship.

The political divide between the northern and southern regions of the country is not just because of… Continue

WE MUST DECIDE NOW OR NEVER, TO BE ONE NATION.

While I will desire to keep my focus on Imo state, the economic and almost physical strangulation of her people, the misappropriation of her resources, it will certainly  amount to selfishness , if not apathy, on my part, to ignore the prevailing political climate that has spurred untold barbarism and destruction, as a result of the latest presidential election. Barbarism that has befallen our people. Incited both directly and indirectly by individuals on their fellow Nigerians simply… Continue
