go 2 d vang news of 2day 17th march 2010 and c d number of ppled arrained 4 forged cert. But when they catch smbdy wit forged documents, they ll want 2 drain d hell out of dat person. Am not out 2 encourage forgery anyway, but d police men should now knw dat even there colleagues are victims of similar acts n if a critical sctrutening is carried, I assure u more culprits will surface.
