Man, 80, graduate from LASU with second class upper

Octogenarian, Pa Amodu Alimi arguably became the oldest graduate of Lagos State University(LASU), last Thursday, June 13, at the university 17th convocation where he emerged second class upper in Sociology study.



Pa Alimi during his undergraduate days was nicknamed “youngest student”. Pa Alimi said his enrollment for first degree was in fulfillment of is academic passing which he was denied during his youthful days”.
