Cos as far as l am concernd, all they do is pay their workers and share d remainder with their cronies. I am not sure you got the right information. I wonder where this kind of money will be coming from. There is no how each state will get N351 from the federation account, not to talk of local governments getting N270 billion each. Cross your source of information very well. It is not possible. Recall that states cannot get equal revenue from the federation account at any point in time.
