I am not sure you did a thorough research.  Single woman are not smaller in number than married women.

Hahahaha.Funny .I dont think thats true.Except you are talking about married women being fatter than single ones.

Fatter married women as against slimmer single women is what he means taking a cue from the 'going to and away from the fridge.' 

 

Smaller single women as against bigger married women is not a logical argument since a woman does not grow smaller or taller in height while single or when married. The other consideration would be younger single women as against older married women or the reverse.
