I tried almost all of these besides ginseng, thanks for the useful article. Using herbs requires certain knowledge and practical skills, otherwise you can do serious harm to your health. I think the list is also not complete without medical marijuana, it’s properties are priceless (I personally cured my insomnia using dried cannabis and Airis Herbva ).
