Sure he has but one should not expect a smooth sail especially where the selfish interest of many politicians is going to be affected.

Dont you think that governors will focus on emdezzlement of money ones and for all since they are aware that they cant come back for second term?

The President Mr Jonathan has good mind for the Nigeria state, He knows how much was spend on the last elections, how many people died, how many properties destroyed. To avoid all this let it be once rulling, and it should also affect the Senates and house of Representatives, including state houses reps. It's ideal idea.

I believe feverntly that this bill will sail through  the intial resistance notwithstanding.  That is the beauty of democracy.

D idea is good. But in a county like ours where d elites do not want d interest of d country, they will fight with the last drop of their blood 2 ensure dt d idea does not see d light of d day

Neither party will have it easy but it is one fight that will be won at the end of the day.
