Power holding company o' Nigeria,(PHCN).
PHCN is really good at holding electricity to itself instead of distributing it to the people for use. Imagine living in an area where there is no standby or 1hr light for more than 2weeks But still the masses keep paying their bills. I believe those passing the law re behind this thats why they re not bothered at all coz they re making "cash" not coins through this. Where is the country going?
