POSSIBLE! MDGs & NIGER DELTA REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT MASTER PLAN IN 2015 ENROUTE VISION 2020

Amidst the plethora of accessible resources and informational tools within the disposition of our great country Nigeria, it is dismally unappealing at the level of attention given, by government, organised private sector and the organised civil society, to the prospects of meeting the targeted goals of development for Nigeria: the Millennium Development Goals and Niger Delta Regional Development Master Plan being turn-key goals for the attainment of Vision 2020.

Come to think of it that Goldmansach's survey early in this decade and long before the Yar'Adua and Goodluck Administration was sworn into power, lay claim to the fact that Nigeria is among eleven (11) nations of the world tagged N-11 that holds the potential to rival the G-7 economies with a BRIC - like (BRIC is an acronym for Brazil, Russia, India and China) impact on the global economy and becoming a member of the best 20 economies of the world by 2020; so even our international community of nations stand in awe at the massive potential laying within the country's 'store-house' to truly turn Nigeria completely around. Help me wonder why we there's to razzmatazz national strategy with a razzle dazzle promotional tactics that takes the public on a razzle for such a campaign for development in Nigeria.
