Go ahead and administer the oath if the benefactors turn up, Nigeria will never be stagnant because of any body, association,political party or whatever.
When they are serious to govern properly, they will start with new secular country constitution. Not this one that favors the fittest, and oppress the weakest.

They merited the award by their dint of had work not because they are members of the NBA. So NBA has no right to to tell them not to attend.
