the severs works for  indian web proxy of any version and its free all you have to do is visit this thread for  iwp settings for all network and i we drop a test sever of 3GB
now configur your indian web with this settings

PHP WEB SERVER PORT: 80
PHP FILE FULL URL: udp://cyberhatlodge.com/site/tutorial.php

ORGANISATION HOST: 10.71.170.5

ORGANISATION PORT: 8080

USERNAME: empty

PASSWORD: empty

UNTICK ENCRYPTION
