That is one erroneous impression we have about some courses.  One who reads agriculture has a lot of places one  can work, apart from being self employed.  You should also know that employment into certain organizations these days is not primarily based on what you read, but what you can do as a graduate.

As a graduate who read agriculture where will you work? Is't otta farm or dangote farm, or you will buy cutlass hoes and start a local farming system instead mechanise farming system ?
@ Charlse, its true as a graduate one can work anywhere but recall that the accounting firm will always want an accountant so also is the engineering firm and the others. Why wont it be so for the agric sector. Also the so people generally think an agric graduate should be thinking farming rather than taking a paid job, if this is the case the govt should do more in making farming encouraging by way of incentives and subsidies to encourage the agric graduates

Nice Post........
An agricultural theme will always be in demand. Now there is an active introduction of new engineering solutions such as - https://bisonconstructions.com.au/steel-buildings/dairy-buildings/h... There will always be enough jobs in this area.
