If all that President Goodluck Jonathan did in the next four years is to provide electricity in Nigeria, his name would remain in gold throughout all generations of time. One thing they have to consider is that it completely immoral to have a country like Nigeria on a national grid. Each state should have their own power generation and distribution services. In fact, some states like Lagos, Kano, Ibadan, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Abia and may be a number of others should have more than one power generation and distribution apparatus. In China, even communities have their power generating apparatus.
I join the good forces of this project to call upon Goodluck Jonathan to make electricity a priority from now henceforth.
With electricity, the creative powers of the great Nigerian people would come out. With electricity, politicians can have their field day with minimum curses upon their heads.
Our dear president has started with some positive steps to address the issue of electricity in the country. He knows our expectations. I believe he will not like to give us reasons to doubt his capability.
