Development before town planning major cause of flooding in Nigerian’
I want to say that the caause of flooding in Nigeria is just Development before town planning most areas are not planed bet me where you stay has no plan not building plan but area plan even some of the buildinng plan are wrong not standard.

You are right and government has not taken any step necessary to correct the anomaly. It is rather unfortunate.

True talk that is why BBC called lagos the most expensive slum. Beautiful houses, roads and what have you but all these are put in place because sombody thinks it should be there. The funny thing is that from inception, we have had town planning unit just like other countries with planned cities but the difference with ours and theirs is tha ours act only when there is a dissasters.

Most of our town planning authorities exist only on paper. The officers look the other way each time there is a violation of town planning rules.
