In less than week after four teenage suicide bombers kill two persons in Borno, another four suicide bombers on Saturday night killed four while eight were severely injured in Umarari village Borno state.
Speaking with newsmen, the Borno Police Command Spokesman, Victor Isuku, confirmed the incident and said the suspected Boko Haram suicide bombers tried to access Maiduguri town before they detonated themselves.
The police spokesman said, the Civilian Joint Task Force, CJTF, stopped and challenged the bombers and they detonated the explosives strapped to their bodies.
According to the Victor Isuku, "At about 9'o clock on Saturday evening, three suicide bombers comprises of two female and a male, made attempt to infiltrate Maiduguri town through Umarari village"
