His testimony at Lagos High Court was so appalling to the extent that we have no choice than to leave the judgement to Almighty God.  He implicated Bola Ige ,Abraham Adesanya of blssed memory with a video clip that I actually expected to show the two Yoruba politicians collecting either money or cheque from Abdulsalam Abubarka.Nothing of sort was in the clip as reported by the media.

To think that the duo could betray MKO Aboila is unthinkable as Falana put it. I dont believe Al-Mustapha story is original as a yoruba man who truly respect Ige and Adesanya. Mustapha has spent many years behind bars and i think, logically he needs freedom and can go to any length to get it. He can implicate dead or living being to leave prison. But what if.........?

He who volunteers to say the truth must be able to provide convincing evidence about the truth.  Mustapha has failed to do this.  The court is not a place where you come and say things you like just to be free from allegation.  You really have a task to convince the court that you are saying the truth.  One expected the video tape to nail the Yoruba leaders, but it did not.  In fact it has nothing in that direction.  So Mustapha is not being honest to himself.
I think you have hit the nail on the head. Dr. Arthur Nwankwo was shown in that video clip with Adesanya and Bola Ige and there was no evidence of money or anything changing hands. Maybe it was the wrong video he presented to the court. Perhaps the genuine video is yet to come. Let's wait and see.
Yes it fell short of convincing its viewers of the complicity of the mentioned leaders, except he has other tapes like he claimed and if this were to be true then western leaders (not all of them), those who they relied on to right the wrong done to them at that time failed them and should be dealth with.
They was nothing wrong with the western leaders visiting aso rock, the video tendered the lagos high court might come as a result after a press briefing or as a security purpose and not to show the extent at which the western leaders conive to collect money because the death of Abiola or it could as well be as result of video effect, sm thd west should be wise. He did the unexpected and he is about to do it again.

The truth is that the tape fell short of expectations

His family have started cooking story of his life is 'unsafe'. I think this is a sympathy plea to the judge to free him. This corroborates with the fact that he wants to be free by all means.

Mustapha may be saying the truth but so far he has not convinced any way that he is.  It is only God who whose how truthful his 'truth' is.

The tape so far as presented does not in any way indict Western Leaders.  There was nothing wrong in their coming to Aso Rock after the death of Abiola.  Recall that tension was high that time and ways were being explored on how to move forward.  So their coming to Aso Rock was not an offence in itself.
