A case study that needs solutions.

A man seprated from his wife amicably due to some differences between them since 2008, and they have a daughter who is 8yrs old living with mum and schooling in one of these up end private school. But this couples did not divorce but remained friends to some extent..Now the woman died under the sugery knive recently. The man was never consulted before the woman went for the surgery that killed her,but after a day that she died he was called on phone and was told the shocking news by one of the male siblings of the woman.Now the family of the woman wants him to take full responsibilty for her burial,and are still holding on to his daughter and his wife,s car and also looked up her flat.What will you do if your in the shoes of this man?

Now, the man will have to go back and take full responsibility of the wife's burial because marriage is for better for worse and the parents of the wife should withdraw thier hand from the property of the woman because it is against the law of the land.
