It sounds unbelieveable, but it is real.  Buhari's CPC won only four seats in the Katsina State House of Assembly in the just concluded elections; and so far his party has only won one governorship seat in the North (Nasarawa State).  Where then lies the allegation of rigging him out of the presidential elections, when his party could not win the majority seats in his own state?

Dont mind the fagged out General, all his unfounded allegation was just to take the shine off the success of the election. This to prove that all those crowed around him were either rented or demented by his arrogant lanky structure.
Buhari stoked up and fanned the inferno that is hitherto gutting his supposed-vibrant political party. His post presidential election reaction via his acclaimed staunch adherents is enough to make d party's writings on the wall easily legible to even the zero literate nigerians. Your question is a burning one and very much apposite. Meanwhile without mincing words, I make bold to say that Buhari should draw his anti-constitutional sword back to its god damn sheat now or risk his dignity as a 'true' democrat. It is salient to point out here that CPC's failure in the country is primarily and justifiably predicated on the bloodletting violence in the north, not on the assumed fecklessnes of the party, for d party is evidently a strong one - it really gave the ruling PDP a good chase for their money in the presidential race. I wish that opposition as found within the spectrum of the law, is allow to surface on the polity of the nation, for with good and strong opposition to the ruling party, the dividends of democracy shall be felt at the doors of hitherto downtrodden nigerians especially those in the remotest villages of the country. Thus, democracy shall have been trully enshrined in our political consciouseness. God Bless Us All.
If indeed he won the presidential election as he is claiming, why didn't his party sweep the entire north in the just concluded gubernatorial election.  He is a drowning man seeking where to hold his hands.
What happened to Buhari vis-a-vis guber polls in the north is just a justification of the old saying that success never thrives in the midst of chaos, crisis or upheaval of any magnitude. CPC should have anticipated their poor performance in the guber polls, since in line with an established principle life, no sane person is willing to stake his life on the card of innocent blood - blood naturally scares human more than satan's apparition or scarecrow. As a result of CPC attitude after presidential poll, people were scared of voting for the party that had been meting out untold hardships to them. I can therefore say that actually what brought about the sudden nosedive of CPC in the north was not lack of due recognition and good manifestoes, but squarely the placing of their ideaology on the substratum of sectionalism, hence regarding the election as be all and end all - do or die; win or destroy affair. Nigeria has passed a stage when one would ride unto national powers on a tribal horse. Woe betid he who attemps doing it. God Bless Us All.
That is a question cpc must answer, Buhari should know that , he has a lot  of question to answer , for the fact that he has 12 million  vote dose not make popular especially in the south, because of the statement he made sometime ago that north should vote for a norther and a south a Southerner , Christan for Christian and Moslem's for Moslem's . how can we entrust leadership in the hand of a fanatics , sadist , an extremist, if not for the rigging in the north , is he sure of that 12 million votes he got?
And moreso, why will CPC not nosedive when most of its crazy supporters have burnt their voter's cards?
